When I was invited by BBC Radio Bristol to talk about yoga for sports people, I put a call out to my Yoga for Men group for any examples of yoga helping with their sporting pursuits. The response I received took me by surprise. Not only how many guys came forward, but also the many and varied sports they covered.

Noticeable gains in strength, stability, mobility, focus, recovery.. the list goes on. What impressed me more than anything was how they had joined the dots between yoga and the sports they love. They’re like a match made in heaven, one movement practice complementing the other, hopefully for years to come.
